The return policy of freshtokrifoods allows the return of products within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product, except for fresh products, which are returned within 24 hours only, and is valid provided that the following terms are complied with:
- If the product is new and in its original condition.
- The product is in resale condition, consumable components, accessories, or gifts are still sealed with the packaging and all packing materials included.
- Based on this, the product is exchanged or refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase or within 24 hours only for fresh products.

Please make sure that the returned product(s) is attached with the order confirmation letter and the receipt or electronic purchase invoice for mobile phones.
The decision to refund the price of the product will change according to each case separately, and there will be certain criteria for this.
In the event that the product is not available, the price of the product will be fully refunded to the customer. The amount will be refunded within the agreed period.
The price of the product will be refunded at the same price that it was sold to you.
Upon the payment method chosen by you, the product’s price shall be refunded only in case:
- In the case of credit/debit cards, the price of the product will be refunded within a period of 14 to 30 days, depending on the circumstances of each bank and from the date of the refund request.
- In the case of cash payment, the price of the product will be refunded immediately from the nearest freshtokrifoods store, after reviewing the product’s condition and submitting the order number.
- The price of the product will be refunded by credit/debit cards only in the case of payment by credit card through the internet.
- If you received a defective product (delivered with damaged or missing parts, or any obvious defect), it can be returned or exchanged, or for a full refund after it has been checked and reviewed by the branch.
- If the customer wishes to refund the value of the product, he can refund the money paid in cash after coordinating with the customer service team to complete the return process.
- If the customer paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to his account within (the required period will be determined by the finance department), and a confirmation message for return will be sent through the customer service team.
