Service Locations

We currently offer delivery in the following areas:

  • Cairo
  • Giza

If your location falls outside these areas, delivery may not be available at this time. We are working to expand coverage soon.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are processed daily between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
  • Delivery typically takes 24–48 hours from the time of order confirmation.
  • In case of high demand, public holidays, or unavoidable delays, delivery may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery charges may apply based on your location and order value.
  • Free delivery may be offered during promotions or for orders above a specific amount (if applicable).

Delivery fees will be shown during checkout before payment.

Order Processing & Confirmation

Once your order is placed:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation Phone Call or email or SMS.
  2. Our team will review product availability.
  3. If any item is unavailable, we will contact you for replacement or refund options before delivery.

Freshness & Quality Assurance

FreshTokri Foods delivers groceries that are fresh, natural, and packaged safely.
For perishable items, temperature-controlled packaging may be used depending on product type.

Failed Delivery / Reattempts

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you.
  • If unsuccessful, a re-delivery may be scheduled based on availability.
  • Additional re-delivery fees may apply.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or dispatched.
If cancellation is requested before processing, we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Return & Replacement for Damaged Products

If an item is:

  • Delivered damaged,
  • Leaking,
  • Expired,
  • Incorrect,

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo/video.

Eligible items will be replaced or refunded as per our policy.
Perishable items cannot be returned after delivery unless defective.
